PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a full time project manager who wants to join our scale-up in Amsterdam.

Full-time · Amsterdam · May 2026

Your role

As a project manager, you are responsible for delivering our projects from start to finish.

You take ownership of projects in our partner cities — from kick-off to implementation and operation — and ensure that everything runs smoothly: stakeholders are aligned, timelines are met, and results are delivered.

You will work closely with a small and driven team of 6 people, where you take a central role in connecting cities, users and our technology.

Your work

As a project manager, your week is centered around running and improving multiple projects in our partner cities — both in the Netherlands and internationally.

You take full ownership from the moment a project starts. This includes translating project goals into a clear approach, coordinating execution, and ensuring successful implementation on the ground.

During projects, you work closely with a wide range of stakeholders: city officials, logistics parties, local businesses and other users of public space. You prepare and facilitate workshops, meetings and field sessions — making sure everyone is aligned and moving forward.

You are not only managing — you are actively shaping how our solution works in practice.

You gather insights from real-life usage, identify what works and what doesn’t, and translate this into concrete improvements of our platform and services. In this way, you play a key role in connecting daily operations with product development.

Within the team, you are a driving force in keeping projects structured, maintaining overview, and ensuring quality in everything we deliver.

Responsibilities

Real ownership from day one — you run projects, not just support them

Work on projects in 20+ cities across Europe and beyond

A front-row seat in how cities are changing — and a direct role in shaping that

The opportunity to be part of an exciting growth journey — and grow along with it

A steep learning curve in project management, stakeholder dynamics and urban innovation

A small, ambitious team that moves fast and builds together

And yes — also the important stuff:

A great home base at B. Amsterdam

Regular team activities: padel, bootcamps, drinks and dinners

The energy of a team that’s building something real (and enjoying the ride)

What are looking for?

0–3 years of experience, with the ambition to quickly take ownership

Fluent in Dutch and English

A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage projects independently

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

An analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude

Curious, structured and not afraid to take initiative

Affinity with innovation, technology and the future of cities
