Coding the Curbs respects your privacy. This Privacy Statement describes what personal data Coding the Curbs B.V. (“Coding the Curbs”, “we”, “our”) collects, for what purposes we process it and how we safeguard it. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable Dutch privacy legislation.

In this Privacy statement, “Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person

Data is never shared with third parties unless strictly necessary. Personal data is only shared with third parties in anonymized form. We never sell personal data. We do not use marketing trackers. After 5 year all personal data is anonymized.

3.1 Data from interested parties (contact form / e‑mail)
We collect certain personal data provided by interested parties through the form on the website. If required, we will ask for more information in following correspondence. For example: name, organization, job title, email address, and telephone number.​

3.2 Booking‑App users
We collect the data you enter when you create a booking or perform a guest check‑in: licence plate, country code, vehicle type, reservation start and end time, Smart‑Zone ID and, if you open an account, your e‑mail address plus optionally your name, phone number and organisation.

Purpose: to create, modify or cancel a parking reservation and send confirmations.

3.3 Data from cookies
When you visit our website or Booking App we place a single first‑party Google Analytics 4 cookie (ga). It stores a truncated IP address (last octet removed), basic device/browser details and the pages you view. Analytics data are held for 14 months.

Purpose: to understand traffic patterns and improve the service.

3.4 Technical logs
Our servers automatically record your full IP address, user‑agent string and the date/time of each request. Log files are kept 30 days and then deleted.

Purpose: to detect misuse, debug errors and protect the platform.

4. Your rights
You can access, correct, erase, restrict or port your personal data and you may object to processing. To exercise these rights, e‑mail iskandar@codingthecurbs.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority

All traffic is protected by HTTPS / TLS 1.3; HSTS enforced.

Data are encrypted in transit and at rest (AES‑256).

Firewall default‑deny; network segmentation and IP allow‑lists.

Role‑based access control and FIDO2 MFA for administrators.

Annual penetration test and continuous SIEM monitoring.
6. International transfers
All data are processed and stored within the European Economic Area. We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EEA.
